87. Hold on Your PDA, Let Me Go First
“Can this magic pet thingy talk?”
Jiang Sheng stopped swinging the magic fish; he mumbled while gazing at it curiously and gave it a few pokes even.
Now all his attention was on the magic fish, and he didn’t notice that Pei Siyan was holding him from the back with his head resting on his shoulder.
As for the magic fish, it finally had a chance to catch a breath. It would be dead if Jiang Sheng gave it a few more swings.
‘What kind of master is he? How can he be so ignorant? You can’t swing a fish like that! It could kill me! Badass! A**hole!’
The magic fish was outrageous inside, and it started to get mad at Jiang Sheng.
Once it got grumpy, it struggled its way out of Jiang Sheng’s hands and slapped Jiang Sheng’s face with its fishtail. It was staring at him maliciously as if saying, ‘Swing me one more time and I’ll teach you a lesson! I’m gonna slap the sh*t out of you! Yeah right! You!’
But its fishtail didn’t really do much damage to Jiang Sheng. He then flicked it far away with only one finger.
“What is it doing? Is it slapping me?”
Jiang Sheng was bewildered. He flicked his finger a few more times at the magic fish as if it was a game.
But Jiang Sheng didn’t know that his strength had made the magic fish felt painful, so tears started to fell off from its eyes as if it was wronged and heartbroken.
“Holy cow! Is it crying?”
Jiang Sheng was a bit surprised. But then, he flicked at the magic fish again as if he was trying to make it stay away from him. The scene was quite funny.
The magic fish was planning to play cute so as to win Jiang Sheng’s sympathy, but now Jiang Sheng flicked at it again, which made it totally mad. It slapped its tail on Jiang Sheng’s hand like crazy and put on an angry look at the same time.
‘Bad master! You are the worst for bullying a fish! Ah! I’m going to teach you a lesson! Take my slap!’
Then it started to slap Jiang Sheng with its tail again, but it was nothing to Jiang Sheng and he didn’t even feel a thing.
“Nah, I’m tired of you.” Jiang Sheng yawned lazily. He then grabbed the magic fish and threw it out from the window.
“Go back to the pond. I don’t want you to disturb my sleep.”
Jiang Sheng was clearly a person who got tired of something easily.
The magic fish couldn’t believe what just happened; it popped its eyes and turned to look at Jiang Sheng innocently while floating outside the window.
‘Am I not cute enough? Am I not tasty enough? How can you just toss me out like that?’
The magic fish stormed back into the room again.
But all of a sudden, its body couldn’t move anymore no matter how hard it tried. It was Pei Siyan who controlled it and froze it in midair.
The magic fish lost its temper back again; it opened its mouth as if it was cursing something. But to Jiang Sheng, it just looked like a fish that was angry.
“The magic fish do have a short fuse.”
Jiang Sheng sighed and leaned against Pei Siyan naturally. He just looked at the magic fish that was paralyzed outside the window.
Pei Siyan held Jiang Sheng’s body as if he had done it a thousand times and then explained, “It’s pretty normal. They were called ‘the Lord of the Magic Sea’ in ancient books, and their power might even be on par with Majins’.”
Hearing that, Jiang Sheng pointed at the magic fish and questioned, “A small fish like this could do that? Really?”
“It is pretty small now, but if it keeps evolving, it can grow to be a mount that is as big as a bull.”
“Puff! As big as a bull?”
‘This is just ridiculous!
But that makes sense too, those werewolves are nothing small either.
What kind of monsters are these non-human creatures in Pei Siyan’s world?’
Jiang Sheng roasted in his mind.
“Now it has just evolved and its mind is as smart as a ten-year-old child. You had just made a master-servant contract with it unintentionally by letting it suck your blood, so it will listen to you only from now on.” Pei Siyan kept explaining.
“That’s rather magical! But it’s just a fish! How can I take it with me out if it’s as big as a bull? It can possibly be shot dead as a monster by the police.”
‘Jiang Sheng’s mind is entirely different from the others. Is he planning to take it out for a walk?’
Hearing that, Pei Siyan smiled and said, “Then, what if it can evolve into a human?”
Jiang Sheng was confused; he looked at Pei Siyan innocently, “What… does that mean?”
“Nothing. Get out of bed, and do your morning routine! We’ll go downstairs for breakfast!” Pei Siyan kept Jiang Sheng in suspense. He smiled as he got out of the bed.
“Aw! Don’t end the sentence with a cliffhanger! That’s not cool at all! Tell me!” Jiang Sheng followed up right away. He jumped onto Pei Siyan’s back and had his arms around his neck.
Pei Siyan kept smiling without saying anything. He just carried Jiang Sheng all the way to the bathroom like that.
The magic fish was still paralyzed while it was forced to watch the whole thing, ‘Hold on your PDA! Let me go first, you bastard!’
